I have never caught a bass on a Rattle Trap.

I have never caught a bass on a wacky rig.

I have never caught a double.

I have never caught a bass on a Ned rig.

This is just for starters. There are many more.

I guess @Texas Flood must be a brother to @TnRiver46 from another mother.

If my memory is correct(which it usually never is), I have never caught a bass on a spinnerbait. I honestly dont think I own more than maybe 1 or 2 in my tackle.

I own exactly three and they don't even get looked at unless it's shad spawn

I’ve never caught a stillwater smallmouth. They’re so much fun to catch in rivers that I’ve never really invested much time into targeting them in lakes.

I’ve also never caught a bass on a fluke. I’ve used them on pickerel with great success, but not bass.

Whopper plopper, and I have a bunch of them, nada, zilch zipp. Maybe everyone is lying about them catching fish as a big joke on me. ….I’ve got 11 of them. ….. and I’ve never fished drop shot.

Never caught a bass on a chatterbait, after losing 2 Jack Hammers on back to back trips I decided...nope.

Never bought a Whopper Plopper

Never got a bite on a full size Brush Hog

I have never caught a fish on land or high up in a tree, but I have tried.

I have never said, I wished I had spent the day working instead of going fishing.

I have never doubted my ability to cast a lure in an extremely tight spot better than any pro, even though I know I can't, and will most likely loose my lure.

I'm sensing a theme here. Sadly, I have become a coward around trees. My canoe is so tippy and I am so old that I don't roll the dice anymore and try to slip a lure beneath the branches. However, you are young and as I remember, you caught some HUGE bass beneath a tree this year, didn't ya? So, if so, keep casting at wood and that's an order!

I've also never caught a double.

Never had to have a hook removed from my skin.

Rigs? Never used an alabama, neko, tokyo, double-fluke, or any kind of big swimbait thing. Never caught anything on a regular-sized carolina rig.

Never fished for more than 8 hours at a time (I think? maybe for walleye when I was in high school). Not recently, anyway.

I have been to all 50 states, but have not fished in 43 of them, and not caught fish in 45.

Thanks, A-Jay. I'm eternally hopeful. However, if I were to try skipping a vibrating jig at a dock, my hope might finally wane.

This amazes me and I fish shallow bogs. Do you only cast at shorelines?

I fish the south Louisiana marshes and not many areas have water over 10 foot deep.

You've got ELEVEN of those things and you've never caught a fish on one?!  Holy cow you really got hosed.  I've got three and all three of mine are over priced Christmas tree ornaments.

Weightless T-rigged flukes and senkos skip REALLY well and will come back out through darn near anything. They also get bit by all sizes of fish and don't cost much if you do have to break/cut them off here and there. ?
